Firm Overview

Client-Oriented And Results Focused

I am attorney Stephen Roger Bosin, a New Jersey attorney with more than 40 years of legal experience and a record of achieving positive results for my clients in long-term disability cases, employment law matters, and business law issues.

Compassion and Strength

I understand that the vast majority of my employment law clients have been through a traumatic experience. Most are out of work, and some are also disabled. They may be the victims of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, or wrongful discharge. Some were fired for blowing the whistle on illegal activities.  I treat all my clients with compassion and respect. I find that putting together an action plan can give them a sense of control over their destiny. Handing their problems over to a lawyer who has the knowledge and strength to stand up for their rights is often a tremendous relief.

Providing a Personalized Service

When you retain me as your attorney, you get the personal attention of an experienced attorney. You deal with me, not a paralegal or legal assistant. I limit the number of cases I take so that I can devote adequate time and attention to every one of my clients. I return phone calls and emails within 24 hours, if not immediately.

I am a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, I participate in online discussions of employment law cases and issues with other members, and for a time was a member of the board of directors of the New Jersey chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. My clients enjoy the personalized service of a small firm and benefit from the combined knowledge and experience of a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Whether you are the victim of a workplace wrong, need a lawyer to review your employment contract, or are a business owner who needs help raising capital, I can help. Please contact The Law Office of Stephen Roger Bosin, Esq., today for a free initial phone consultation by calling.

Stephen Roger Bosin

Biography

I graduated from Rutgers College as a Dean’s List student and then went on to graduate from Rutgers Law School. While attending Rutgers Law School, I was fortunate to be a Research Assistant to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I then earned a Masters in Corporate Law from New York University Law School.

I am admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for New Jersey and in the Southern and Eastern Districts in New York. I am also admitted in the United States Court of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuits Courts of Appeal.

After clerking for a Superior Court Judge in New Jersey, I then joined the SEC in New York, City as a trial attorney. After then working at a large law firm and later becoming Associate General Counsel of a NYSE listed firm, I decided that I wanted to use my experience and skills to help employees when their rights had been violated, and those that have been denied long-term disability insurance.

I have been a member of the New Jersey chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and for a time was a member of the Board of Directors which has been an invaluable resource with respect keeping abreast of recent development.

Client Reviews
I was scared and Mr. Bosin took the time out to make me feel comfortable and cared about my opinion every step of the way. He made the tragedy feel like there was hope, and in the end he didn’t let me down.
