Stephen Roger Bosin
Biography
I graduated from Rutgers College as a Dean’s List student and then went on to graduate from Rutgers Law School. While attending Rutgers Law School, I was fortunate to be a Research Assistant to the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I then earned a Masters in Corporate Law from New York University Law School.

I am admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for New Jersey and in the Southern and Eastern Districts in New York. I am also admitted in the United States Court of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuits Courts of Appeal.

After clerking for a Superior Court Judge in New Jersey, I then joined the SEC in New York, City as a trial attorney. After then working at a large law firm and later becoming Associate General Counsel of a NYSE listed firm, I decided that I wanted to use my experience and skills to help employees when their rights had been violated, and those that have been denied long-term disability insurance.
I have been a member of the New Jersey chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and for a time was a member of the Board of Directors which has been an invaluable resource with respect keeping abreast of recent development.
